Banking Career Options - Thoughts?

Hi,

I have been approached by a supervisor asking which of three possible career paths I might be interested in. He mentioned Portfolio Analyst, Credit Analyst, or Small Business Lending as three possible paths.

I'm currently a Credit Analyst and analyze financial statements for loans, do loan write ups, etc. I don't know a lot about Portfolio Analyst or Small Business Lending but am looking for a rewarding career in banking. Any ideas or thoughts on the three fields mentioned here??? I'm a recent college grad and have been doing the work I'm doing for 6 months so don't really have a firm grip on the Credit Analyst career path either.

Read the wall St journal more often...portfolio analyst is a great job...small biz lending sounds boring..that's just my opinion
