I applied to charter one bank and I passed the assessment. I was allowed to post my application onto their site for recruiters. I applied 2 weeks ago to two jobs and didn't get them. I've recently applied to another location that was posted 2 days ago. Do I have a better chance getting the job since the posting was earlier?
