Can banks drug test you at interviews or do they have to notify you beforehand? Do they use urine tests or mouth swab tests? |

Typically, after a job offer is made, it will be contingent upon passing a drug screen. The offer is unlikely during the interview, it is usually made verbally by phone and then officially on paper. If a company mandates drug screening, it is typically done by a third party lab, and is usually a urine test. The results are then sent to the employer who will then either complete the hiring process, or look for someone else. There are a lot of scam products out there that claim to defeat drug tests. Some of them can be tested for, and will possibly make you fail for trying to beat the test. I can only assume that since you are asking, you are a bit worried. Sorry I am not giving you any reassurance here. |

I know it is far past when this was posted. But you can get past drug tests, especially urine. There are legitimate products that will work. Considering almost ALL drug tests are 5 panel tests (Marijuana, cocaine,PCP,Opiates (Heroin, oxycodone, vicodin, etc.), and almost always amphetamines, but some check JUST for methamphetamine, the synthetic urine will work on the vast majority of tests. I suggest that you, or anyone that has a drug test in the future that is at all concerned (even just a litte) to find out more about the test they will have to take. The sheet you receive to take the third party has which test you are to take on it. Well I hope you got the job! And although this is far past the post, hopefully you/anyone can find this helpful. |
