I have seen a local job posting for a part time teller position. What puzzles me though, is that one of the requirements is the ability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.

Why is this? What do tellers do all day that requires lifting upwards of 30 lbs.? Are they just trying to find a male candidate?

My guess is bags of coin. You don't have to life them often, but sometimes they need to be moved.
