Catch 22 in Park Forest, Illinois

Hi, I just recently moved to Chicago from Poland. I've been looking for any job at a bank with no luck. I have a masters degree in International Economic Relations but I have only 3 months of cash handling experience. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
