In your experience how many times does the bank interview you before you find out if you are going to be hired or not?

of the 3 banks I worked for I just did one interview and they offered me the position a few days later, except for the last bank I worked for, they were called me like 10mins after I finished the interview.

I got hired off of one interview before for a banking job. It started temporary but after 4 months went permanent.
