wachovia teller prep questions

i filled out an application online for a bank teller position at wachovia, i was invited to take an assessment... two days later i recieved an email inviting me to an interview...i accepted of course... my interview is in norfolk, va. in two days and i am extremely nervous!
i was wondering what questions will i be asked? will there be any role plays? will the interview be given by one person or a group of people?

i really need help!!

I dont see the date that you posted this question. But let me try to remember.

Tell me about yourself (rememberjob-wise, not your personal info)....
Tell me about a time when you have to explain the company's policy to a customer's complaint...what did you do and what was the result...
What would ur co-worker/boss tell me about you?
What makes you interested in the teller position? Why did you choose Wachovia?

Things like that...and I failed the interview though. It was my first phone interview ever and I was nervous. Best of luck to you:)

i also passed the online assessment and is supposed to be contacted by a recruiter and i definetely need more info about the phone interview pleaseee help!

Prepare for Structured Behavioral Interview
What kinds of questions will I be asked?
You will be asked questions that focus on situations you’ve encountered in the past. When you answer, there are three pieces of information the interviewer will collect for
each behavioral example:
· The Situation or Task that you faced
· The Actions that you took
· The Results or changes caused by the action

Following is an example of a candidate’s response that includes all parts of a behavioral example:

Question: Can you tell me about a time where you effectively handled a customer complaint?
Situation/Task: There was one time when a customer was upset because the ATM at our branch was down. The customer needed to check her account balance and the ATM was under repair.
Action: I saw that the customer was upset, so I asked her if I could help. After finding out that she was interested in checking her account balance, I walked her over to our phone kiosk and let her know that she could obtain her balance by calling our 1-800 number.
Result: The customer thanked me and two weeks later my manager received a letter of appreciation from her.
