Banking is exciting because you are
helping clients understand the complexity
of Banking. Able to learn cutting edge
technology in processing Banking transactions with speed and accuracy.
Opportunitues to adavance depend on the
flexibility of Management to allow
training to support upward mobility for
the "Movers". Allow motivated to move,
and those who choose to stay in a given
position, also allow that to create for
the Customer an atmosphere of knowing and
familiaritiy with staff. Most customers
like to work with familiar faces as opposed to frequent changes in staffing.
