it's funny to me to see that the so called experts have Banquet captains pay "we are not salaried employees but rather are paid hourly and are in the tip pool" at 20000+ a year,when I've 57000 so year to date and that is with the first 3 months of this year decimated by the financial crash.
Gotta love big business...
