Bartending in a Theater?

I have an interview tomorrow for a bartending position at a theater. It would be my first bartending job, and I'm wondering if any of you might give me some insight as to my income potential for this kind of job. Because it's at a theater, I think it would be different than, say, at a club. But correct me if I'm wrong. It pays basically minimum wage plus tips, which are pooled, and while I need a job, I also need something that will pay my bills. I have a few more interviews in the next few days, and I'm just wondering if they offer it to me, whether or not I should take it. Thanks for any help.
