Hi.

I am looking to move to NY next year maybe, I and was wondering what would be the most efficient way to gain a bar tending job. I currently work in a bar now and could get my boss to write me a reference. I'm guessing that if I actually go into places and enquire it's going to be much more helpful then if I just send an email to everywhere. Are there any specific places that are known to hire foreigners and I know a few places in the states where they take kindly to people from the British Isles etc.
