My favourite of the classic cocktails has to be the Mojito, for its refreshing mint taste and the bite of the rum.

But it has to be made just right, muddling, measurements and ingredients all have to be right

Some brtenders I have seen have taken to shking this cocktail, definitely not. To acheive a good mixture with this use ur bar spoon to muddle the fruit, sugar and fresh lime juice then add ur crushed ice, rum and top with soda

This is so true, to get Mojitos right and tasting good it needs muddling. It makes all the difference just dropping in mint leaves does not do it!!
