Know your drink Recipes, don't being you problems to work and talk about yourself, smile, be attentive to your customers, drinks, clean ashtrays,clean napkin each drink, be a good listener, don't be judgmental or get involved. Call a Cab when needed.Don't complain about what tips are left there is always someone who makes up for the one who leaves you a small tip.

smile, be as clean as possible, know what youre serving and what to recommend, especially if you have specialty beers, pay attention to EVERYONE, make sure everyone has a drink as quick/efficiently as possible, and make sure your boyfriend is understanding and doesnt sit at the end of the bar staring down male customers that talk to you!!
