What do you enjoy most about being a benefits administrator? What do you dislike the most? Is it challenging? Are there many opportunities to learn and advance?

The simplest thing that came to me 25 years ago was that it never made since to me that employers, especially those defined as small businesses should never have had to provide benefits for employee's of their companies. It should be only a means of directing them to an affiliate concern that they were members of
for that very provision.Employers pay a great deal in employer taxes and that becomes for most the determining factor for what they pay them. I have developed just that method.Therefore an employee that needs $100,000.00 in pay can accept $75,000.00 and take home or net $24,000.00 more. It makes a difference.Congress doesn't legislate for the people only for special interests.
The ideas for helping people progress economically has to be from the general public domain operating within that domain to make a difference. That's what I enjoy. Doing the right things for the right reasons. In our community that is an extraordinary statement. Everyone cannot be content living these days as if they were living in the 1950's.
