My first job as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative was through a temporary agency. At that time I only had retail experience and what they like the most of me was that I smiled a lot and my determination to help customers find what they were looking for in the store.

My family is spanish, therefore, I learned the language since childhood and was encourrage to write to my relatives in spanish. But most colleges in the U.S. offer spanish, polish, german, and french classes. The best thing of all is that there are communities within our area that speak the language, where you are able to practice the proper pronunciation.
