I have been offered an intermediate level Biostatistician staff position in a renowned university medical center in North Carolina. Of course the salary will not be comparable to what companies will offer me. Now I have a few questions.

1. Any suggestion about the salary? (I asked for $70K. Is that too low?)
2. Should I ask for a new work laptop?
3. Should I ask for relocation assistance?
