Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field?

I believe the pay is more based on the client and not the Marketing Firm you are booked with.

One company I have worked for paid out $13.50 - $17.00 HR

Another one - I have seen the pay about the say, maybe averaging more around the $14 - $15 range.

I think experience plays a big part in this, I do not know you past work history, I worked a sales job and played up those skills to land my first Brand Ambassador event. I know have done about 7 events and when I apply for an event I mention the past promotions I was a part of.
