2) You must be a snitch, and tell the boss about everything that is said, and everything that people do. A good boss always has snitches to keep him informed.
3)If you are about to get in trouble for something you did, you need to remind the boss about everything you know about him from partying with him, and in a nice way suggest that you really don't want to used anything against him, but if you were fired, you would not hesitate to get him fired too.

What idiot would want three ways to get ahead in building maintenance. Everybody knows, you fix stuff real quick, and then go hide somewhere for an hour. What is the big deal.
