HI! I am in the same situation! I am trying to place ad(s) like you did, but I add the following: " I will pay you if you help me to get a job". So far, I get nothing. But I placed ads 2 days ago. You can do the same and pay 10-15 % of your future job salary within 6 months to someone who would get this job for you!

Also, you can try Realestate agencies: promis to pay them for each client who needs your services, make posters and place them on each reaty walls around (ask about the permission to avoid problems).
