â€¢A Business Analyst with a minimum of 5 years experience.
â€¢A background in client/server and web based systems development.
â€¢ Experience implementing large 'off the shelf' , multi-tiered, thin client inventory systems, preferrably in a government based institution.
â€¢ Experience dealing with system vendors and system engineers.
â€¢ A thorough understanding of the system development life cycle and the project management life cycle.
â€¢ Considerable experience using a variety of software tools including MS Project, MS Visio, Business Analysis software tools such as Business Analyst 20/20 from PowerPlus Systems.
â€¢ Experience with projects that require multiple system interfaces including mainframe to client server or thin client systems.
â€¢ Preference will be given to candidates with IFS Distribution and IFS Business Modeler experience.
â€¢ Participate in the development of various test plans
â€¢ Participate in testing preparation
â€¢ Participate in test execution
â€¢ Partcipate in the preparation of end-user documentation
â€¢ Solution validation and verification - IFS developed modifications and development items
â€¢ Creation of work plans for various project activities as required
â€¢ Creation of work schedules for project task coordination as required
