Good day folks,
What are the most popular and useful Business Analyst software tools or technologies or methodologies for the next 5-10 years?
Expert advice much appreciated.
I am prepared to undertake further training if required.

About me: I am in Australia. Love to work overseas.
Education:
Masters in IT

Work Experience:
5 years small business management (non IT)
2 years Mainframe development
6 years web application development using C# asp.net (full SDLC activities)
3 years project support role
