Hi, Normally for Biz analyst ITIL and ITSM questions are asked. also u ability to work under stress is checked.

Excuse me Q, but ITIL and ITSM are both IT process frameworks; not business. Often times these interviews will be looking for industry knowledge about the industry itself (like financial processes for a brokerage).

Also regardless of IT or business side, a Six Sigma background is helpful
