Hi,

let me share my views on buss process analyst,i've been in similiar profilemore than 6yrs...

*You should have macro view on process improvement techniques ,adopting buss strategies to improve the efficiency of process,get experience with methodoligies like six sigma,cmmi

* able to identify pain area in process and adopt best practcises.
* handling change managemnet process ,strong analytical skills working with numbers,ms office skills.
* certification in PMP is also plus.
