I've only had 1 BSA interview & I got the job, but I'd say give examples of how you maybe took control of meetings but were open-minded enough to allow users to express their real needs, etc. Show a real interest in documenting and delivering what the users really want, in their workflow, & their language, etc. My IT Department tries to push their own agenda so I really need to be an advocate for the Business Users. Your IT interviewer probably realizes the importance of having an advocate for the business users even if they try to get a little pushy in the thick of things.
