Hi,

I'm currently looking for a full-time opportunity as a BA/BSA/PM, primarily in the financial industry in Toronto. Does anyone know what the market conditions are like at the moment?

Also, I've found that some recruiters are unable to work with me as I'm working for a financial firm with which they have agreements to not hire away their employees. Is this very prevalent among most of the recruiters?

I have a computer engineering degree and about 7 years experience in IT (QA, SW development, etc.); the last 2.5 years have been in a BA role with a securities firm. Any help would be very much appreciated. I can be contacted at baskaran@hush.com.
