Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field? What skills should you learn to increase your salary? |

What does a top earner make in this field? well i used to work as a busser at ruths chris steakhouse and they by far have paid the best 3.35 an hour plus tips with tips around 150 a night for 4 hrs of work. I no work at a local place where i make 7.25 an hour and about 125 a day working about 12 hours a shift. I used to bus at carrabbas and the pay sucked. Made about 3.35 an hour and barely 25 a night in tips sometimes the manager had to increase my hourly wages so i met min wage. |

David, What Ruth's Chris did you bus at? Just curious b/c that's crazy that you could make 150 a night for only four hours of work. You seriously were pulling 37.50 per hour, just for bussing tables? I just had to check if that's right, because that's way more than even most servers make...
