comand system not run with C++ in ubuntu10.04

I use a C + + and I use the command system ("bash-c ..") for the automatic execution of the shell but when I run the program it is not the execution time and its course and then brusequent more stops I esseyer the same program on another machine with the same version of ubuntu 4.10 it works fine please help me its more than 10 days do not have the solution
