HI MY NAME IS DESHAYE I RECENTLY RELOCATED TO THE CHARLOTTE AREA,FROM PITTSBURGH WHERE I LEFT MY JOB AFTER 4 PLUS YEARS AS A DRIVER FOR A RECYCLING PLANT IN GOOD STANDINGS.I CURRENTLY HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WALKING FLOOR TRAILER,FLATBED TRAILER WITH FORK,ROLL-OFF,REAR LOADER AND STRAIGHT BOX TRAILER.I WAS CONVICTED ON A FIRST OFFENSE FOR DRUG POSSESSION IN 5/16/2000,SERVERD 2MONTHS AND THE REST OF THE TIME I DID IN A WORK RELEASE DRUG PROGRAM WHERE I EXCELLED THRU THE PROGRAM.I HAVE A GREAT WORK HISTORY OF 15YRS PLUS AND GREAT PROFESSNIONAL REFENCES TO BACK MY WORK PERFORMANCE.I'M DEPENDABLE AND VERY RELIABLE WITH A GOOD PERSONALITY,I'M HERE TO STAY ON THE RIGHT PATH AND SUPPORT MY FAMILY WITH A LEGITIMATE JOB.WHY IS IT SO HARD TO FIND WORK WHEN SOMEONE IS WILLING AND WANTS TO BE RIGHT???

Its so hard out here for a person to do the rht thing and chang there lifes ,when you have a felony or two if these companies would relize how good of workers we could be an want to be they wouldnt hesitate . i just need a second chance
