i moved from california to georgia,it took me one month to transfer my cna certificate,
i call the state board of georgia everyday and finally when it was send to me their was a mistake on the expiration date.
so i think is better to call or mail the state board of georgia a month ahead while you are still in your state other wise if you plan to do it when you get here you will be out of job for month because no heath field will accept you without a georgia certificate.
this is cheap & sloughlish,lazy working state.

I Deb, Try a called my freeceu.com You have to pay for your CEU's but they are good for about 4 years and the program is good for a year so you can start working on some for your next certifacation. Rena from Reno, Nv

You need to contact the board of nursing in your state and ask them when your licinces is about to expire and send them into them. If you need a web site to get your CEU's I know one. Rena Leslie
