they can never ask if u were fired anyway...its da law.........lie and say u had a sickness and had to part ways...or just dnt put it on yo app...trust me i've been fired before.....but i always find another job...the thing about nuring home jobs is....THEY DONT CARE..THEY JUST NEED A BODY THAT DOES GOOD WORK!!

I got fired after getting I don't know how many compliments, haven't turned up another CNA job yet. I was in a stupid situation and some lady complained. That wiped out my training and experience, hope the jerk's happy. Good luck to you LMK if you manage to get a job-Im in the same boat. I'll keep putting in apps
