Do you need a particular educational background?

I took a 40 hour cram course and scored 100% on my test. Test is mostly common sense. I started working for a home care agency as a Contract Employee. There are no benifits, but you get plenty of hours. After I gained my confidence, I applied and was hired on at a Hospice and I LOVE MY JOB.

Whats the best way to get into a cna position and work at your own pace? I have was certified last year and have not found a job, and would like to re-learn on-the-job in a slower, paced environment. Whats the best place to re-start out at?
