I had a CNA certificate from Watertown, NY and i now live in Miami-Dade. My certification expired in June 2006 and i was wondering how to renew it in Miami Florida because i relocated to the area. Not sure if i have to retake this course or if i can just take a state board exam?

I have been certified as a CNA since 1998. I am finding impossible to update my current CNA certification because of the difficulty in understanding how to enter this on the computer.I find it very complex to understand the proceedure.my certification is up on Oct.2, 2011.
