yes you can! all you have to do is call maryland registry and they'll tell you how. im transferring mine right now from ny to ga. i called ga and i had to download change froms from their website. fill it out , and theres a section that
ny registry have to fill out, so i gotta send all that to them, they do what they have to and send it to ga and ga switch it and send it to me at my new address in ga

If your licese expired in Indiana you will be required to take the state test again. You can check your license status by going to PLA:home and then go to license express...then you can search and verify your license by the criteria listed. If your license has expired you can contact IVY Tech to arrange testing. Go to www.ivytech.edu/cna/eligibility/trainingcourse.html. I would give you the number but this forum does not allow phone numbers. They do the testing for the state.

mY EMPLOYER TOLD ME THAT THERE IS A FORM THAT YOU FILL OUT , SIGN, AND SEND IN TO CHANGE THEM. BUT THATS FROM MO TO AR...MAYBE ASK A LONG TERM CARE FACILTY AROUND YOU IF THEY HAVE ONE OF THOSE FORMS..
