any where from 9 hr cnc lock and load to 23 or so for cnc program and set up useing cad cam

do your own setting read edit write understand g.codes m.codes speeds feeds subroutines jaw boring solve problems.
knowing materials you working with acheiving tolerances.
also tooling tips grades.

I was making a little over $25.00/hour + Benefits, in the CNC Machinist area, Job Shop type Manufacturing,
Oklahoma City Salaries average $18.00/hour

I work for a staffing agency also, always in need of quality cnc machinists in Massachusetts. Salary and benefits vary from 18/hr to 27/hour depending on set-up, programming; type of machines, etc. Give us a call if you are looking in the Mass. area. -- Jeff -- 978-352-3383

A local shop here in Akron just cut wages by 15%.I don't know the details/terms of concession. Master machinist/operator made $18-$19 / 50-60hr.week.
