Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field?

What skills should you learn to increase your salary?

A top programmer can make upto $80K. This includes overtime. To increase your salary stay on top of the latest version of your expertise.

Would you consider an off site programmer? I'm fairly happy where I'm employed right now. I've been in the field over 30 years and I'm very good at my job. Employment, training, and education background available upon request.
