What keeps you at your job?

what I enjoy must about being a tech is that every day you meet new people. you never know whats behind that door when you get there. sometime the costumer makes your day just on the fact that there so happy to see you. I also enjoy the freedom of knowing what I know and doing it with out someone on my back. It's a wonderful thing to be a tech in the summer, but the winter is a something else.
Yes it is a challeng to deal with so many different typs of people.
But what's the best is that there's always over time. most tech jobs let you take a test when you feel your ready to move up to the next level and it can all happen very quick if you keep your eye no the prize and not get comfortable in the job. lets be real we do it for the money and if you like the job then that's a plus.
