Here are my top three traits of an excellent call center representative (not necessarily in order): Excellent phone voice, with good phone "smile." Ability to put yourself in the customer's position and work from that perspective to obtain the best accommodations for them absed on their needs. Ability to quickly adapt to situations such as sold out hotels, and cross-selling to alternate hotels with similar or lower rates close to the guest's desired location. |

Currently at the threshold of my career with a seasoned office specialist with over fifteen years of professional experience with office management customer service and computer applications. I have been researching companies of interest that I feel would be a good fit for my professional interests.
