I reside in Los Angeles, CA and am eagerly seeking a call center job. I am EXCELLENT customer service skills and communication skills. It seems to be difficult to find a call center position with some college under my education. I am good and loyal worker and would be a valid asset to a company.

JCC: What did you take up in college? Depending on your degree, you could always get one in either insurance, finance, banking, or high-tech.

Keep on checking the various websites and check out the companies that you want to work for. I know that it's a very tough job market, but don't give up.

i am looking for a work from home call center job, I have pharmacy back ground, docotr office back ground and working with insurances getting prior auth's for patients meds, also working with foundations for help for are patients. anybody have any suggestions who might be hiring.
