Host said: What are the top 3 traits or skills every call center customer service representative must have to excel? * Be able to communicate with proper grammer, set your tone as the pace of the customer (normal, compassionate, enuciate,calm, relaxed enthusiatic attitude.) * Always show a effort to assist the customer as your able to descalate the situation and let the customer vent frustration without interruption. Take initative and don't blame no one for the error, but handle the issues efficiently as if it were your own. *Always thank the customer for their business and encourage feedback from the customer as it shows your interest in their concerns or any issues that may arise. *Answer the phone with a energetic positive attitude, it can rub off on a frustrated/hostile customer to make them more relax and comfortable. |
