Sales Sales and more Sales then would be

Problem Solver then

Communication Skills.

I think the three Skills all Supervisors should have are

1. Communication: The ability to accuatly and effectivly communicate needs, desires and intentions.
2. Team Work: The ability to delegate and rely on ones team to be productive without being ever present.
3. Follow though: The ability to follow through with rewards or threats, if you say you are going to punish a rep for something make sure you have that power before you make the statement because your reps know you by your word if you say something make sure you can back it up.
