This is an awful company to work for and the gulf division is terribly unorganized and lacks proper supervision by the port captain.

They have a rediculous turnover rate and are constantly posting adds on indeed because nobody lasts more than a trip or two with them.

They violate Federal laws and operate unseaworthy vessels.

They polute the environment and do not self report oil spills.

They operate vessels that can not pass USCG UTV or AWO RCP vettings let alone 3rd party vettings such as Marathon, Shell, Exxon, and so forth.

They botch just about every bunker job they take part in and very few jobs they do go without a letter of protest.

Management points the finger at the boat crews for their lack of industry knowledge.

Wheelmen are not posted on the routes they operate on.

They have been boarded by the USCG and warned about the penalties for not reporting oil spills yet they continue to pump untreated bilge into our national waterways.

They have deck spills and allow rain water to mix with the oils and wash over the sides.

If you report deficiencies to management they will label you as a trouble maker, drug test you under "reasonable suspicion" with no cause to try and discredit your claims.

Very bad company to work for.

You have been warned.
