Many information available is good but it is very hard at times if a job is not clear on their payment method. I have been an employer and an employee myself. I know it is hard for the employer to choose the right person for the job because employer has to pay and cannot afford to make hiring mistakes. However, I see many employers who only pay commission, this can hurt the employees very much. In job counseling industry, what is the most likely pay method? Pls kindly advise. |

Question is a bit confusing. Our firm, IMA Search, Inc.(www.ima-search.com) has been in business over 30 years. We have two divisions: Executive Recruiting serving corporations world wide with their middle to senior level people needs. We work on retainer only paid by the corporation. Our success ratio is 94% and we have a solid replacement agreement for up to one year at no cost to client if candidate does not work out, etc. Our second division provides in dpeth professional career counseling to individuals and groups. The cost in this case is paid by the individual if the corporation does not cover it (tax deductable) and the amount depends upon the amount of service required. Detailed on the site. Hope this helps. Paul D. Steinberg
