A friend suggested that I get a job as a caregiver. She knows someone who is doing it after the recession hit and it pays the bills. What is the benefit of going to work with an agency. The process? Any tips for a newbie appreciated.

A friend suggested that I get a job as a caregiver. She is doing it after she got layed off of her job . She worked for me for 10 years. My company moved to Mexico after 23 years of service . Now i am interrested in being a caare giver. Any tips for a newbie appreciated. I am a very careing and loving person . I love the young and the old. Right now I am taking care of a elderly lady of 80 years old and i am not getting paid for it and I would just love to do it as a living.
