Most Agencies seem to be more interested in caregivers as a "Product" as opposed to being an actual employee. As an owner of a franchise, this is what they teach the franchise owners. The key to success for the franchise is to Hire, Hire, Hire as many caregivers as possible. Then, if there's work, they'll just go down the list and pick and choose who will take the job, sometimes they go by who will work for the least amount of money.

What motivates the Caregiver to stay in this type of relationship? Is it because Caregivers don't want to make the effort to find the client themselves? Just Curious.
