what I like is the schedule is flexable but you work alone and can't meet new people or get any assistance.

I was a CNA for over 20 years. For me the best part was serving the seniors, I would also like to stress the important of getting limber before you start work every shift, also the importance of safety in transfers. There were of course times when I had to work alone, other aids were busy and couldn't help. Working for an agency or a hospital you will make more money, then in a nursing home.
