I wouldn't think so, But you need to check with the employer. It really depends, what was the felony?

My mom is a felon. She was charged with involuntary manslaugter and received a 20 years sentence serving 10 years and 10 years probation. She is now in a transitional institution and has been told that she will have to return to prison to serve another year because she couldn't find work. To prevent this, is there anyone that knows of a company that is hiring felons?
