I have been with different agencies and the wages I am making do not compare to what I should be making how do you go independent anybody know any websites to go to help me with this thanx

cna30 in Alabama said: Agencies never pay what you SHOULD be making. Private duty is the better way to go to make what you should be making. You can try placing an ad in your local newspaper. I have also found two sites that may be helpful to you.
care.com and sittercity. Good luck.
