Since the I/E boys had to get there NCCER, and they seen how much money they got from them, now all trades have to carry an NCCER. All i can say is that 7 years ago I was making almost twice as much as they are willing to pay us now. I wonder is that because there are so many other people out there willing to work for so less,and be happy. Or is it because now the tides have changed a there is money to make for everyone but the employee......
