I took the apprentice test and passed it . I have been to multiple job sites and also went to the union hall they put my name on a list . That was 2 years ago . I was told nobodies getting sponsored because of the . I was also told by a friend it Into what you know its who you know . Basically I'm just asking if there is anyone in the Philadelphia union that can help me out I'm looking for a stable career .
