I was a Case Manager for my employer for over 10 years but got laid off about 8 months ago. I was pretty rusty when it came time to be interviewed, even though I had interviewed others when I hired staff. Guess I was more comfortable asking the questions then answering them. Anyway, I felt researching the questions and then preparing my answers ahead of time really helped me. Good luck.
